So, in light of the posts on loaders lately, I am looking for a few pictures or even sketches of the Russian tool used to reposition the cartridges in the cloth belts used in the 1910 Maxim. I have a belt loader but it dos not always leave the rounds in correct position, and the ammo tends to work it's way back out. I know I have seen pics of the tool, but don't seem to be able to find them now. Does anyone have a lead or pics ? I can make one, but need some clues ....

I think forum members Kirby and IMBLITZVT are very knowledgeable on the M1910 Maxim's and their accessories and may be able to give you better guidance. I believe there is a Maxim MG Facebook page where you can find pictures of these accessories. I have on occasion run into these but they were reasonably expensive and at the time I was not particularly interested in that particular accessory.
