Interesting they issued a Technical bulletin for this as late as 1942. Cool manual. I keyed in closer when I saw they had replaced the emergency tripod with an M2.

It is very cool especially as you noted the late date. I do a reenactment cavalry unit so that is why initially grabbed it and then sat down and looked it over and saw all the neat details such as contents of the M1 parts chest
