Ok going through some of my parts and I find a breach lock marked with a triangle and a R inside of it? Can anyone tell me what this stands for or who made it ???

Thanks

If it is a diamond with an 'R' inside, it is a Remington mark from WWII production. If it is an oval with an 'R' inside, it is a Colt commercial mark from pre WWII.

I missed that when I looked before posting, Thanks Matt. So if I interpreted that right it would have been for a 1917 ? If anyone is looking or has a need for it I don't want to sell it but I would trade it for a RIA marked on.
