That was what I was looking for, thanks appreciatedSemi Not C&R in any way shape of form !!
Correct. Read the definition of a C&R. It is a firearm in it's original configuration as manufactured. So a semi with a new rsp, modified internals and substitution of new manufactured parts is not considered a C&R. Another example would be a military rifle that has been sporterized. Since it is not in it's original configuration it does not meet the definition even though the receiver is original.Guess this is the best place to ask. Just reviewed BATFE C&R list. Origional 11919A4 and A6 made before 1946 are on there. SEMI AUTO, becuase of the new side plate are FFL only?
Thanks
