I could be wrong, but I thought that once upon a time, someone made an extended grip with wood. I always thought it would look great on my semi build that has spade grips. Well I finally made my own. What do you guys think?

I remember someone selling non reciprocating 50 cal style RSG`s for 1919`s on ebay long ago . Your`s looks very nice though !

I'm a big fan of people fabricating or modifying parts and accessories themselves, instead of whining and complaining why someone else does make it just because they want it

Question for you, did you make it from scratch? or modified a existing changing handle? ie. welding a extension on the handle and sleeved it with wood

I made it from scratch. I did how ever use the original handle to get the measurements. I'm thinking of making another one with some burl wood I got last year.

Can't wait to see the burl one make sure you post pictures here. I am a sucker for nice wood and did Tiger walnut on my BM59 and BM59E. I also used some heavily figured walnut on the spades for the T13 and both stocks for the Stinger twins. Nothing beats the final touch of a nice figured piece of wood.

@toolmanm203, you got pictures to share of that? @belt fed frog, how was that non-reciprocating handle attached? Only thing I can imagine was they drilled and tapped the plate.
