My son wants to build his own linker.

There used to be WONDERFUL plans for this on browning machine guns .com http://www.browningmgs.com/Linker.htm

Is there a web guru here that know how to access the web archives?

Or did anyone copy this section?

Karl
Do you mean like this https://web.archive.org/web/20180119180411/http://browningmgs.com/index.html :D
I will have it back up eventually but have too much going on right now but I do promise when it comes back it will never be down again. Spoke with Jon the other night and he is doing ok but will not leave the house for the obvious reasons.

You're welcome Karl and please know I am working on it but I am helping so many people right now between that and work there are just so many hours in the day.
tra dire e fare c'è un oceano
That is an old Italian saying that loosely translates to "between saying and doing there is an ocean" over here we just say shi_ or get off the pot but it sounds much better in Italian no?

A hint. Make the load bar guide out of U channel (instead of L) that fits under the load bar bracket. You will split the wood of the loading bar repeatedly otherwise

My son is supervisor of the prototype shop for his company. They laid off everyone EXCEPT salary. So he's got this huge machine shop to babysit and nothing to do. he'll end up making a work of art out of stainless and aluminum using all the CNC equipment at his disposal.
