I've heard that it is possible to convert a 1919A4 .308 into a 7.62X39 cailbered weapon. Is this possible and if so, who sells the required parts for the conversion??? Ammo is still cheap as compared to the other calibers and I want to shoot mine more without having to take a loan out just to purchase308.

Yes, it exists. Contact board member barrelxchange. He is also doing 54R, but I assume the 39 conversion is still available.

Yeah - my beverage (D-Coke) usually falls off the top cover when shooting the hard bucking .308 and 8mm. Never tried it with 30 Russian....
