I asked the same question and even posted a link. I would also like to know if it will work in the maxim? Its a good price. I even emailed SOG an have not received a responce.

SOG has some russian 250 rd belted 7.62 x 54r in military cans
will this work on my maxim (if i ever get it running)?
they also have some yugo belted 8mm, 250 rounds would it work on the 1919a4?
both of these may be dumb questions but i don't know the answer.
