I picked up a couple really nice 75MM cases today, 1944 dated, for only $10 each! I have the 75MM tank round already so I was happy to find these. Did these use the same projectile as the tank round? I tried looking online but can't find any good pictures of a complete round. Thanks.

M5A1 brass shell, right? The American Arsenal by Ian Hogg lists the loadings for the 75mm pack howitzer M1A1 as the M41A1 HE, M48 HE, M66 HE AT, and M64 chemical.

Maybe try the bullet picket website to learn more about these.

This is a decent reference book but it is basically just a catalog of US military published information pulled together from various TMs that you can find online for free.
