I think. Tapers from 7 5/8" to just over 7 3/4". Wooden construction, forge welded ring and cleat. Thin black paint. Not heavy so possibly cedar or loblolly pine. Any clues or suggestions? Not for sale, just wondering as it was my grandfathers and nobody knows why he had it or how old it is. J
