its a conversion mastered by Slamfire 51 who is a super guy to deal with.

Looks Great why the extra hole in the rear Trunnion area? & do ya have a pic of the front showing the barrel how did the barrel end?

Very impressive I have thought about shortening up a barrel too, infact I just got a second barrel to play with. I suppose you have to enlarge the hole to make up for the short barrel? This is my thought so tell me if I am wrong. I had a friend when the AWban first came out that bought a Mitchel AK, it had the thumb hole stock but a downfolder that obvousely didn't fold out with the wood stock on but was legal to sell. If you took a downfolder and welded it permanently folded on a pistol so it looked like a Krink would that be legal? If the holes in the reciever for the folder was a no no could you silver soldier it on the outside and welded itself in the folded position with no modification to the pistol reciever? It would sure make a more attractive gun. Nice gun, be proude of it! Hotch

extra hole is cause i made my own rear tang to start with and used 3 sets of screws.

it worked perfect but i used a very big & heavy piece of steel...... overkill

once i saw how Slamfire converts the stock tang, hit myself in the head and said: duh im a dumbass... LOL

so im gonna go back and put the screws in anyway just for the look of it.

and here was thinking that you guys wouldnt even notice....

Oh Crap now I'm gonna have to build one of these also now. Well if I get one of those salty ones from Centerfire & screw it up @ least I won't be out a bundle of money & I'll build it as a screw build also so if it dont work I can always start over. Thanks for Posting this.

I am willing to bet that the saly kits would work great for this type of firearm as your not really going for any long range shots etc almost just as a blaster pistol

already checked centerfire site. says they are out of the B salty kits but still have the C salty kits available. even cheaper yet anyone know just how rusty these things are?

im guessing they are pretty rusty knowing how CFS operates......

just get a good kit that is all number matching and go from there. its worth the extra few dollars.

how long does it take to get your kit back once you sent it to him?

he's usually about 2 weeks on his turn around times.... depending on how many he's got to do.

he actually had a couple of "already to go" kits for $375??

thats his conversion done on a parts kit that he already did the demill on, add receiver, duracoat and BANG!!!

bought one of those too at that price!! all numbers matched kits, in great shape.

dont know if he has any of those left now, ive been giving him decent publicity...
