Avoid the all access visa gift cards. This Christmas season. They are thieves, they charge a $4.95 maintenance fees each month and the balance will expire and then they charge a $9.95 dollar fee to get your money back, they take you money...and give you no service.... :mad: B2B

thanks for warning...............the smart way to use a CC, is to get all the bennies they offer, "cash back", gasoline discounts etc... but never carry a balance. in the perverted CC world, folks who use the card, and pay it off each month are called, "dead beats" because they (CC companies) don't make a dime in interest off these folks..............I am one of the few that is proud to be label a "dead beat" by them :D

I am one of them as well exluding now Century had a sale now I have several things coming in and had to use the card.

yeah I'm a dead beat as well, ;) but this All access it screwed up, really bad. I didn't buy the card but I was given it but it still cost me money:mad: ...The web sight doesn't even tell you about the Maint.. Fee and they say the fee is waved for the first 12 months and they lie... Check this out... Look at the dates all 2007 not waived as stated in terms.. they are crooks pure and simple.... B2B

The following are the terms and conditions that govern the cardholder's ("You" or "Your") use of the All-Access Gift Card ("Gift Card"). Please read them carefully, and keep them for future reference.


The Gift Card is neither a credit card nor an FDIC-insured deposit account. This Gift Card is issued by Inter National Bank, pursuant to license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The purchaser agrees that all terms on the Gift Card and in these terms and conditions apply to purchaser and to any subsequent holder of the card by gift or otherwise. The Gift Card may not be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.

The All-Access Gift Card is an instant-issue Visa prepaid card. The Gift Card may be used when making purchases from any merchant that accepts Visa debit cards. The total dollar amount of purchases made with the Gift Card will be automatically deducted from the value of the card.
1 You should sign the back of the All-Access Gift Card immediately.
2 The All-Access Gift Card is like cash. It may be used without a personal identification number to make purchases.
3 If you lose the Gift Card, someone would be able to use all the remaining value.
4 If the amount of value available is not sufficient to complete the transaction/purchase and pay any fees, the transaction will be denied.
5 To use your Gift Card at a gas station, it is recommended that you pay inside to avoid additional funds from being held when your card is authorized while paying at the pump. When using the Gift Card at some merchants, please keep in mind that the merchant might secure an authorization/approval on the Gift Card for an amount up to approximately 25% more than the total bill. The entire secured amount may remain unavailable for up to 7 business days. This is done to take into account a tip/gratuity; however, only the amount the cardholder authorizes will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card. Hotels and car rental agencies may also secure an authorization/approval on the Gift Card at a set limit above the final amount the cardholder authorizes. This is one to ensure that adequate funds are available to cover the final purchase.
6 If You lose Your Gift Card, call us immediately toll free at 1-800-699-9708. When reporting a card lost or stolen, you will be required to provide us with your name, the Gift Card number and other information as necessary to verify you as the cardholder. Once this information is verified, we will refund any remaining balance less our refund processing fee after we process all unsettled transactions still pending on the account, provided that the cardholder has exercised reasonable care in safeguarding their Gift Card from risk of loss or theft. We reserve the right to require an affidavit confirming information you provide related to the lost or stolen Gift Card prior to issuing any refund.
7 To check the available balance on the Gift Card or to review recent transactions at no charge, cardholder may visit www.allaccessgift.com. Or cardholder can call 1-800-699-9708 anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The balance inquiries by phone will incur a balance inquiry fee charge per call, which will be assessed against the Gift Card balance.
8 Cardholder agrees not to make preauthorized or recurring regular payments through the use of the Gift Card.
9 The Gift Card will be valid and usable until either all the purchased monetary value is used or the expiration date of the Gift Card, whichever occurs first. The Gift Card is disposable and cannot have any additional value added to it. If there is a balance remaining after the expiration date, cardholder can call 1-800-699-9708 at any time during the 24 months following the expiration date (or any longer period required by law) to request that a new Gift Card be issued. The new Gift Card will have a value equal to the remaining balance of the expired Gift Card minus a reissue fee of $9.95. The expiration date on the new Gift Card will be at least one year from the date of reissue.
10 Merchandise Returns: The Bank, Visa, and NetSpend, and their affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for the services or merchandise purchased with the Gift Card. The Bank is not responsible for the return or exchange of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card. By use of this Gift Card, cardholder agrees that issuer is not liable for any consequential damages, direct or indirect. Exchange or return of merchandise purchased in whole or in part with the Gift Card will be governed by the procedures and policies of each merchant and applicable law. If cardholder receives a credit, the credit may not be added to the available funds for seven business days. Return and refund policies are dependent on the merchant from whom the purchase was made. At the time of any exchange or return, cardholder should present both the merchandise receipt and the Gift Card.
11 Conversion to US Dollars: Transactions made in currencies other than U.S. Dollars will be converted to U.S. dollars under regulations established by Visa and may include a margin and/or fees charged directly by Visa. Conversion to U.S. dollars may occur on a date other than the date of the transaction; therefore, the conversion rate may be different from the rate in effect at the time of the transaction. Cardholder agrees to pay the converted amount.
12 Error Resolution Procedures: In case of errors or disputes about transactions arising from the use of the Gift Card, call our customer service line at the phone number listed on the back of the Gift Card as soon as possible. We must hear from cardholder no later than 90 days after the date of the transaction in question, and cardholder must provide the following information:
? Cardholder name and Gift card number,
? A description of the suspected error or the transaction cardholder is unsure about and an explanation as to why cardholder believes it is an error;
? The dollar amount of the suspected error;
? Gift Card's initial value load amount;
? Information about the 5 most recent Gift Card transactions, if applicable.
If cardholder gives us the required information by phone, we may require that cardholder send us the complaint or question in a signed affidavit, within 10 business days. Generally, we will tell cardholder the results of our investigation within 10 business days after we hear from cardholder and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 calendar days to investigate cardholder's complaint or question.
13 Gift Card Fee Schedule*
? Refund Processing Fee: $9.95
This is a fee for processing the return by check of any unused monetary value upon expiration or reported loss or theft of the Gift Card.
? Balance Inquiry Fee: $0.50
This fee is assessed when a customer calls in to the Customer Service number to hear the current account balance. To check the available balance on the Gift Card or to review recent transactions at no charge, cardholder may visit www.allaccessgift.com.
? Administrative Fee: $2.95
This is a monthly fee charged against any unused monetary value each month and which will be waived for the first 12 months. Beginning on the thirteenth month after the card issue date, the administrative fee will be automatically deducted from the Gift Card balance on the first day of each month until the value reaches $0.

* Fees will apply unless prohibited by law.
