I recently purchased two 1919a4 100% sideplates from Allied Armament. I was surprised to find the bottom rivet holes already countersunk and the 60% degree rivet set I got from Burntcapital looks like they sit to low and are smaller in diameter than the countersink. Does anyone know what are the proper rivets for this plate? It is a KMP plate. I am a newbie so any info would be helpful.

AA has used 82, 90 and 60-degree Bottom plate rivets, sounds like your RSP was countersunk for 90 degree rivets. Standard 1/2", 90 deg. commercial rivets are available from McMaster-Carr in reasonable quantities, for a reasonable price.
