This came in the mail from France today.
I bought an oil bottle from the guy and asked him if he had any other Hotchkiss parts. He said he had a front AA sight and I bought it. I don’t think it’s a 1914 Hotchkiss sight. I think it’s post war or maybe a model 1922 AA sight.
Anybody know for sure?

Thanks John.
Well, maybe Bob will chime in and say how he got to that determination. It says in the description they came from Turkey in the 1990s. Wouldnt it be odd, if it was fake made by IMA and I got it from France?

Found it in Segels book.
Hotchkiss M1922
It came in the Turkish gunners kit and the armorers tool box.

It looks like my 7.65 Belgian barrel has the same mount. Maybe, maybe not but it fits pretty good.

Sorry Mike, I must have misinterpreted Bob's comment.. the AA sight is real, but IMA is making up the "experimental" use on the Bren... :)
