I just picked up some manuals and I thought this ammo chest was interesting. It was shown to go on the M1917a1 type cradle with the long pintle that was used on Stuart tanks and other armored vehicles. Has anyone ever come across this one or have one?

I had several about 25 years ago. Found them in an auto parts store in Pueblo Colorado, they came out of the Pueblo Army Depot as surplus. Sold them to the Stuart owners back then.

I have never come across one and was just wondering if it was one of those items in the manuals that never made it to production. Thanks! Dan
