you may be right. This was all part of a large lot of “ miscellaneous machine gun parts” sold by Poulin Auctions out of Maine back in 2014. Part of the collection of Ralph Wong and Dolf Goldsmith. Much of it was easily identified but some of it has ended up fitting rarer machine guns like the German MG17, etc... Some has been recoilless rifle, aircraft, etc... So not easily recognized. Actually quite a bit of the Lewis, Hotchkiss, and Chauchat parts have gone to fellow forum members. Thank you for looking.
