Ohio Ordnance Works has a reciever kit for a BAR semi-auto, it's not cheap, but all of their stuff is top shelf, and their customer service is second to none.

I have one of their 1918A3 semi BAR's It's truly a work of art been shooting it for 4 years best money I have ever spent on a firearm.

Believe the only places that have the '80%' BAR receivers are Philadelphia Ordnance and Chattanooga Ordance. OOW does have the semi-auto kits/rec but as mentioned,they are pricey. Been meaning to build a BAR...have a couple of kits and a Philadelphia receiver....email sent....

Those look soooo purtty....!!!! Last time I fired a FA BAR was 1968. Just getting out first hitch and had some range time and a can of 30/06. Had a chance to get one of OOW's first couple of semi's...at $1600.00 in 1988-89... but didn't. Makes me want to build one.....maybe....LOL...
