Slim, I don't know the size or thread, but in my infinite wisdom I once put a non-original screw in there and found out real quick that the length is what matters. If it's a tad long it will jam against the barrel and lock it up tighter than dick's hat band.
Sarco has 'em brand new and for peanuts. Just picked up two, along with some other stuff for a couple of USGI kits I'm working on. Think hard about what other parts you may need and order them at the same time or the shipping costs way more than the screws.
