To be fair I can get Barrett stuff with my RSR or Lipseys account and have no earthly idea why you can't suppress an M82 but can an M107. Could be something similar maybe?

Um no you can’t, there stock has been depleted for years and anything the wholesalers get get pushed to their top accounts before it hits inventory.
