First time I was ever screwed over on gunjoker. Purchased a project SMLE just for the wood. 3 weeks later I get a message it was shipping. Then I get an email saying they miscounted inventory and were out of that rifle. Seller asks if I would be interested in full refund, 410 SMLE or 2 No4 barrelled actions. I replied I would take a 410 SMLE. Then silence for 2 weeks. I email him back asking about shipping the SMLE and he replied he was waiting to hear back from me. Said the email must have gone in his spam folder. Back and forth for 2 months. I've simply resigned myself to the fact that I'm out 345 (that was total with shipping, tax, etc). I'll give him a week then will have to file a claim against him with gunjoker. Sucks.

And this is exactly why I prefer to do business with people on the board if I can.

That is the same seller that was sold a M2HB kit to another member here that had body filler and paint to hide the deep pitting and rust. Other have had similar defective parts sold as good parts. This seller is to be avoided.

I was thinking what Gbyenko said. I thought that V.I.P. sounded familiar. Did the person that bought the m2 kit ever get their deal resolved ?
I don't remember off hand who bought it, if I remember right he ended up getting something taken care of but not a 100% whole.

He has bad feedback it's always someone else's fault according to him. The first time I got burned on GB the seller had bad feedback but I hadn't bothered to check. I ALWAYS check now if I don't know the seller.

Looking at that seller, it seems he has a ton of positive feedback and rated A+, but 8 negatives and a couple of neutrals just in the past year. It makes me wonder if something has "ran off the rails" in his life causing a change? Regardless of why, I hate it for the OP here and anyone who got wronged. Appreciate the heads-up.

I've done 20 or 30 ish transactions with vip over the last couple years but that was him as a buyer. I've had no issues from that standpoint but ive often looked at his items for sale and wondered who in their right mind would buy that but someone always does! Not necessarily the item you bought but more on his parts kits.

He buys very used, rusted/pitted, bent, junk parts or parts with issues (cracks in metal or machining issues) for cheap and puts them with kits to make complete kits. It wouldn’t be an issue if he stated the condition of the parts that were being sold.

Absolutely and he posts a lot of pictures usually but if you don't know what you're looking at you wouldn't necessarily know by his description.

VIP is in Oregon.

He was trying to buy some blown up plate's for Dummy gun's.
We sold him one left plate, and the Shitter put it on a GB Auction with a Titanic parts kit,
That was all missed matched M3 and M2.

I told him that Kit WAS Messed up!!!

He was at Big Sandy 3 shoots ago and we ran him off our camp for asking about Illegal Sh*t.
And just general weirdness.
His dad is a retired cop in CA. that thinks he can have anything in CA because of that.
He's dating his own 1/2 Sister.
Definatly some weirdo scammers.
