I pulled a Breda M37 kit out of storage for a weaponeer member and I haven't heard back from him, so let's put it up for sale instead of putting it back into the warehouse.

Includes excellent handpicked kit in the transit chest from IMA-USA (bought 10 years ago), tripod, AA extensions, AA sights, Armorers kit, Gunners kit and loader. IMA no longer has the tripods or loaders. Price is $1750 plus shipping, same price as IMA but I have the tripods and loaders, and the kits are superb (not like the bottom of the barrel stuff that's left). These are heavy! almost the size of an M2HB. Just the kit and transport case weigh 105#. IMA still has the feedtrays available cheaply http://www.ima-usa.com/product_info.php/products_id/312?osCs id=610c2f0a150ab21ad9fd3173dc5359e9 , I can't sell you any (I'm in Kalifornia and they're considered Hi-cap mags)

Here's the pictures from the actual kit and accessories you will receive. Barrels are matched serial numbers and the receiver is a very nice demil. There is a slight bend in the tripod receiver plate, probably from post-WW2 storage, it'll be easy to put back into place (have a look at the picture, mine was the same way, just needs a little bend). Gunners kit and armorers kits are VERY well stocked.

I bought one of Autodoc's Breda kits a year ago and it was very nice! Unfortunately, I could not afford the $1800 in order to get the tripod. Too bad for me! I have not been able to find another!

I hope you get it kcl! You will not be disappointed! IF I had the money, I would have bought this to go with the first one.

Try a Different Browser to Open Pictures

DGHATTIERDC have you tried using a different web browser? Firefox is free and often works for me when Internet Explorer has issues.

Who was it that was going to kick himself for not buying the kit???? I was once offered a pre-sample complete mounted functioning gun for $1800. and didnt take it. Line forms to the left, gents, bring your kicking shoes!!!!!!!

I know of a transferrrable one of these too, but it cant be bought and the heir is an avid MG guy.....so much for that one too.

Hi Guys. I pulled another set out of storage for another buyer, but he's fallen off the face of the earth. This set is just as nice as the last one, feel free to email or PM with your email address and I'll send a set of pictures.

Price is the same at $1750, you will not be disappointed with this kit. these are very impressive.

Thanks

ammo for breda

you've got the early (weird) stuff.

Most of the BREDAs from IMA-USA (including these) use 8mm mauser, I don't know anyone whos is using the early ammo. good collector stuff though.

well....

well i wish someone would give me a value on it....i have no use for it....lots of folks say they will take it around here and on the net...but nobody gives me a price...could be junk could be gold...just don't know...am currious though....

i was told though that someone could get these old barrels and make em fit a 1919....it may not be worth it for 1,950 rds...but then it might be to some...or that one in a million fella that actually has the "old" breda.....sounds kinda rare to me...

thanks for the info.

Hey, PJ......too bad you didn't get that pre-sample M37 years ago. Pedro Bellow only brought in about 12 of those I believe, so they are scarce. However, if you had bought it you'd probably had to sell it during your go-around with the last wife. As I recall you sold a lot of good old MGs then.
I picked up a reWAT M37 some years ago and still have it. Fine gun and a pleasure to shoot. I swapped the rebated 8mm barrel out for one of IMA's 7.92 kits which, of course, fit right in. Gotta love the loader that strips out the fired case and replaces it with a live round. Dang!
