BUY FUEL FROM THE USA

WHERE TO BUY US FUEL?
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW. READ ON--

The Saudis are boycotting American goods.

We should return the favor.

An interesting thought is to boycott their GAS.
Every time you fill up the car, you can avoid putting more money into the
coffers of Saudi Arabia and other ANTI-US countries.
Just buy from gas companies that don't import their oil from the Saudis or other similar countries.

Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every time I fill-up
the tank, I am sending my money to people who are trying to kill me, my
family, and my friends.

I thought it might be interesting for you to know which oil companies are
the best to buy gas from and which major companies import Middle Eastern
oil.

These companies import Middle Eastern oil:

Shell.......................... 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco.........144,332,000 barrels
Exxon /Mobil..............130,082,000 barrels
Marathon/Speedway..117,740,000 barrels
Amoco..........................62,231,000 barrels

Citgo Gas comes from South America, from a Dictator who hates Americans.

Do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18 BILLION! (Oil
is now $100+ a barrel)

Here are some large companies that
DO NOT import Middle Eastern oil:

Sunoco ............... 0 barrels
Conoco................ 0 barrels
Sinclair................ 0 barrels
BP/Phillips.......... 0 barrels
Hess.................... 0 barrels
ARC0. .................. 0 barrels
Also: Pilot, Flying J, Love's, RaceTrac, ValeroWhich are usually cheaper anyway.

If you think you have to buy one of the other brands, because their fuel additives are keeping your engine clean; the only thing getting cleaned out is your wallet.

Personally, I would rather run out of fuel than buy from Exxon/Mobil and am proud to admit I have come very close to doing so.

All of the information about where the companies get their oil is available from the Department of Energy. Each is required to state where they get their oil and how much they are importing.

But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of gas buyers.
It's really simple to do.

Now, don't wimp out at this point....

Pass this on to as many people, boards etc.
If you don't want to type - just do a cut and paste and send to anyone and everyone.
It would be worth it just not to have to hear that Exxon/Mobil set another all time record for profits.

Chevron ,uses a lot of American off shore oil. they invest Millions in trying to get at it and have stated once these fields come on line that figure you posted will drop dramatically.
They are also the only oil company that is totally poised to hit Anwar ,
Their CEO has set a goal of ,0, import by the year of 2010.
They own 90% of the deep drill ship platforms in this country ,the very newest in technology at the cost of 100 million each.
They are the only oil company suing California in court because they cant drill off her coast in areas.
They also are the only one voicing a cry about the fact our Congress is letting Cuba ,Mexico ,Hugo Chavez, China ,and others drill in our waters off the gulf ,but not Americans.
OUR waters ,OUR oil ,then these country's are selling our own oil back to us at high prices.
Americans have to use engines called tier 3 , PC engines that cost the crap out of you and me and are junk as far as HP.
These other country's can use what ever cheap ,high HP engine they want.
I have been there and i have seen it.
I am sure the other company's are running into the same thing.
Once again folks when you put that nozzle in your car ,THINK ,Gas tax is 60% of your cost ,Production ,Litigation ,and all this eats it away fast.
You friendly Guberment is the culprit ,and the finger pointer ,and the toe tapping ,problem here.

76 and Flying J is all that I buy from anyway.

A problem arrizes though... there's not enough gasoline supplied by the non-importing companies listed to meet demand.

i got this email today too.
something you should realize fuel especially gasoline is a fungible commodity. by boycotting certain gas stations you are not hurting the corporation, only the average joe who owns that franchise. so lets say everyone buys from only sunoco gas stations. what difference does it make? sunoco, valero, exxon, citgo, bp ITS ALL THE SAME GAS it all comes from the local refinery, how does it make any sense for exxon to ship gas 200 miles to their stations when they can buy from the local sunoco refinery and have it delivered. when they fill the tanks at the station why is it a generic silver tanker and not the brand name?

I usually buy my gas at the Flying J, but I do use Shell when I need to put it on a card because they have better cardholder discounts. I agree with the above statement about boycotting certain stations. The Citgo, and the BP station across the road all get their gas from the same truck.

O.K.......... This one has been on the internet in one form or another for some years, it pops up every now and then.............. even if it did work regardless where you buy, if you don't buy from certain manufacturers prices wouldn't go down they would go up. all your doing is putting more pressure on the other refinery's to take up the slack, and in the end you would be putting Americans out of work.

read the snopes on this one.

Oh and something to consider on the list of who doesn't import.......

"BP/Phillips.......... 0 barrels"

yeah they don't import.... but years back they were happy to export it from Alaska to China to keep the price up.
