C & R FFL question

No, it won't be. The semi-auto 1919 is a fairly recent endeavor. Since all semi-auto 1919's require a semi-auto RHP (the part considered to be the firearm, and it will be of new manufacture) there would be no way for them to be C&R eligable. There are f/a C&R 1919s (I believe).
