They are not Carcano, they look like Mannlincher to me.

Probably for the M95 long or short barrel version. Should also work in the Hungarian M35

Im also voting M95, 8x56. (Hers a pic of mine)
Many of them have dirty birds stamped on the back.

Definitely M95 clips. They will work for both 8x50r and 8x56r ammo. The older 8x50r clips have top to bottom ribs. And are similar in design to the older large bore black powder round. These are longer.
