Inexcusably, House and Senate negotiators have removed the $3 billion needed to build the authorized Border Fence between the U.S. and Mexico. Sign the petition below to the Democratic leaders of Congress and President Bush, asking them to restore the $3 billion funding to the DHS Appropriations Bill and actually build the fence.
Be it resolved that the undersigned respectfully urge President Bush, Speaker Pelosi, and Senate Leader Reid to restore the $3 billion dollars cut from the DHS appropriations bill. Without these funds, the Border Fence cannot be built. We are counting on you.
