If I want to convert an Izzy .308 kit to 30-06 for a sami build do I install the right rear cartridge stop?

I though there was a permanent link about this but can't find it at the moment.

Installation of the Israeli right rear cartridge stop will allow you to run all three calibers, 7.62x51, .30-06 and 8mm.
