Lou did one for me. I had a 1919A4 barrel and It had a perfect bore and a pitted chamber. I thought it was a throw away and Lou suggested he could maybe fix it. He shortened it at the chamber end,rechambered it, rethreaded it and turned it down to M1917A1 specification. It was maybe 1/4 inch shorter at the muzzle end but it is not noticeable. Saved me from having to buy a whole new barrel and salvaged a bad barrel for further use. He does real nice work.
