Complete BS. The camera is not close enough to the "protection device" to show projectile impact and we are not shown the bullet splatter on the device or other evidence of impact after the shot. Looks to me like the shooter aimed left or right and the shootee moved his hips in conjunction with the muzzle report.

I'm with Gary on the trajectory of an impact damaged projectile. Only the most perfect direct hit on the device would prevent ricochet into the legs or belly.

However, having a woman put the "x marks the spot" tape on the device from the kneeling position when he was wearing it instead of before he put it on was a nice touch. :tongue:
