Can't recall anyone ever asking that question before. With KMP, Machinehead and Sarco selling them for around $5, most guys don't go to the hassle of trying to make one. Sorry I don't have the dimensions.
From my BB rivet set the Large Dia. is .310 with a length of .635 the small dia(rivet end) is .185 with a length .277-The OAL is .912
These are very cheap items but one could make them with no more than a drill but a brill press is better and a file.
