APEX has them in stock:

They are on sale til next Friday.
I also have some on the warehouse that require some "attention".
They would be a bit cheaper, you would have to call for these.

APEX ships these in boxes we had made to hold them.

That's about as good of a price you will find, and I assume that is without optics, which bring as much or more than the tripod if you can find them.:lol:

That price sounds like an MG3 tripod.
If it is a M53 tripod I suggest that you do not think over the purchase too long, $400 is an excellent price.
