Hi guys, so I picked up a 12-52 LMR barrel a while back but it doesn't pass the bullet test at the muzzle. rifling looks good until the last half inch of the bore and then it just fades away. I was originally thinking to put it on my IHC garand to just blaze away but I don't shoot it that much anyway and it's a nice lead rebuild. Does anyone think it would be worthwhile to swap the barrels for now just to plink or would it be better just to get rid of the lmr barrel?

Looks like the muzzle has been recrowned so no collectors value. It's just a shooter barrel if that's the case and not worth much, blast away.
