Working in AZ for a while and would like to find an FFL that wouldn't have a problem receiving some 100% maxim RSPs. I've had problems in the past with some FFLs not knowing what stuff like FAL/AK receivers were and understanding that they transfer just like a complete firearm. Any recommendations for the Phoenix area?

Not sure, but I think you'll have to prove Arizona residency. Not sure what's involved with that. Maybe an Arizona driver's license?

Hadn't thought about AZEX - didn't know if they were still in business or not. Out of state shouldn't be an issue as it will transfer as a long gun.

The long gun sale only needs to follow both the FFL's state laws and the non resident buyer's state laws for the purchase to be legal. This is not a problem for most folks, CA guys excluded.
