I still need to work on purchasing the tools for reloading I keep putting that off, But I agree My son age 11 and I have a blast when we go to the range. Started with the wonderful .22Lr and worked our way up to 7.62 x 39 so far. He loves the AR15 out of my entire collection.
Yep...started all three of my kids...boy and both girls...into reloading. They were cleaning and sorting brass, sizing cases and seating bullets by age 3. They were all shooting by age 3 also...so it became a ritual. Load ammo,go to range and shoot, clean up brass...and start all over. All my kids, all grandchildren over 18 (4-at last count),have a Lifetime License to carry. They get one from grandpa on their 18th birthday. And 3-boys have started reloading too. I also encourage my customers to get their children into reloading...and most do. I've already had the 2nd. generation in the shop for supplies and telling me about their dads teaching them how to reload.
