Hello all,

I am trying to identify a headstamp on some recently purchased ammo. All it has on it is 88 over 30-06. Around the rim of the primer pocket, there is what looks to be orange wax. Anyone know what I got and what quality the brass is?

Thanks!

Technically you are right. Basically, Olin owns the winchester name as far as ammunition is concerned, just like US repeating srms used to own the rights to the winchester name for firearms. I could be wrong though.
