If you re-load or know someone that does,,, pull the bullet out of the ctg of your choice,, fire the primer,, drill out the flash hole and attach the ctg to a "T" handle,, tap the bullet back into the case and you have an Awl,, so to speak,, use this Awl by pushing into the belt loops,, spreading them,, you can then push the bullets into the belts in a twisting manner, and in ten or fifteen minutes will have a loaded belt. Its not the fastest method, but with a bit of elbow grease you will load a belt in a suprisingly short period of time, shorter I dare say than driving around looking for someone with a belt loader.
I normally use links, but have a few belts and have loaded them by using a bullet to spread the loops,, shove it in and twist, hold the belt on either side of the ctg, then press the base of the ctg against a flat surface and press into the loop. Belts are made for 30 06 and I have shoved Greek 06 ammo right into them easily.
