100 rounds Wolf .303 fired through it, ran 100%. Another 40 Remington RNSP but the tips hang up too often to make it worth the fight.
The buttstock has been repaired as you can see in the photo. The chip underneath the wrist is approx. .5"x.75", 1/16" deep.
This is a package deal (not looking to seperate anything) and includes the following:
1. The Bren
2. Three mag carriers with 12 magazines each for a total of 36. The condition of two carriers is "typical" - paint slopped, banged up but serviceable; the one with a canvas strap is broken. The carrier in the close up is one of the nicer I have seen - O.D. green stenciled w/the Canadian Broad Arrow and intact canvas strap. 12 of the magazines are a hodgepodge of blued finishes, the remainder are pretty consistent gray and go well w/the gun. All have been degreased and are fairly dry with the exception of the felt parts inside the carriers which never seem to run out of goo. I have not tested all (see above round count), but they appear functional.
3. A set of walnut furniture from the group buy on this board. Some guys had problems and they differ slighty in exterior dimensions from the originals, but I believe these will work w/some final finishing (pistol grip definitely fits). Since I can't assure that, consider it a "gimme" when debating on whether you want to buy this.
4. A couple of spare springs
The price includes shipping to your FFL and I will allow a 3 day inspection period w/a full refund minus shipping and return transfer fee for my local dealer. If you are a FFL holder or know one that will be @ KCR, I can deliver there or can arrange personal delivery near the N. Virginia, central Maryland, or WV panhandle area. I am not in a bind on this and am open to terms including layaway or monthly payments with the understanding that the gun doesn't ship until paid in full. I dislike the idea of the return hassle on both ends, so ask as many questions as you like.
