hello
I have a izzy kit in 308. My rhs plate does not have the holes for feed tray , handle lower rivets ect
can I get a size of the drill bits needed. I assume I need to get one size down and enlarge the holes.
I do not recall who made my plate. Its and 80% one.
thanks

Completing your Right side plate will require a 3/16" bit for the Bottom plate and Pintle pad holes, 11/32" for the two large Trunnion rivet holes, #7 for the Top plate holes; front Cartridge stop and rear Cartridge stop, and 5/32" for the BHPB and Cams. The Top cover bolt hole is 1/4". The Ordnance Department drawings show a diameter of 0.215 +0.005 for the Trigger box locating pin. The closest I’ve found for that is 7/32”.

The pintle holes in USGI weapons are 9/16". The Israelis drilled most of theirs out to 5/8" and inserted a sleeve. Most Parts kits have 5/8" holes in the trunnion but there are a few 9/16" in inventory. RSP's typically come with pintle holes not yet drilled, or 9/16". A 100% RSP should have a 9/16" pintle hole.
