Just picked this up at a flea market today. Guessing its for the Benet Mercie/Hotchkiss 1909 as they use a ammo strip. Id like to sell it, as I dont need more ammo boxes. What are these going for these days? The carry strap is obviously a replacement.
Really cool in that you have ONE of the wood dividers and all of the "triangular" wood strips that separate the points of the two ammo strips held between each of the dividers. I don't really know what they are going for--I've paid anywhere from $40 to $150 depending on condition and the parts/pieces I've mentioned. Apparently, removing the internal "obstructions" is more normal than leaving them in place.
