http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/divisions/planning_analysis/rules/docs/p25-0802.pdf BAN on Leaf Blowers

http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/divisions/planning_analysis/rules/docs/p27-0802.pdf This may mean getting out of the County otherwise face a fine that would bankrupt the property owner and you, supposedly these Nazi Dust control **** have more power than the Sheriff. On construction sites they fine the property owners and construction company, fines there start $10,000 and go up into the millions depending on how much dust is made.

http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/divisions/planning_analysis/rules/docs/p28-0802.pdf more important stuff

yet more stuff.

http://www.maricopa.gov/aq/divisions/planning_analysis/rules/docs/344-9904.pdf OMG something on windshield washer fluid.

Please pass this on. The Nazi tyrants are passing laws without the publics knowledge of what is going on, eventually they will have us restricted to paving any road we use that aint already paved. Even things that will apply to ATV's and Campers in the great outdoors. We have officially been screwed.

This is real serious stuff, class 3 misdemeanor for stupid stuff..

What the state needs to say to the EPA is, kiss our ass we arent playing your games. We wont pay your taxes & this is desert get over it.
Too many of anything is like saying flies cause garbage, its just a money maker, like traffic cameras, global warming and speed cameras-revenue generators.

If dust is stirred up on land by the wind with no one around, a property owner can be fined. A member of my family is certified by the EPA (his company has been fined before costing 100's of thousands of dollars for dust which is naturally reoccurring) and he says this is all bullshit passed to make it more difficult and expensive to build anything in AZ. They are working on banning gas powered lawn equipment altogether its been talked about a lot.
