I too have seen this. But I have lived in Maricopa county since 1972, We had air polution then and we have it today. The big problem is the county cannot meet the current EPA air quality requirements. TOO many People, TOO many Cars, TOO many building sites. If the county doesn't meet the standards, bye bye federal tax dollars. Maybe thats what needs to happen.
