Heat many hear don't knownor understand is that this site is pretty well optimized. The site is very well indexed and has to have both a dedicated server and be hosted at a facility that lives and breathes vbulliten.

The current price is actually pretty low and actually welcome our business.

I will

Hey, Rory, nice to see that you stepped up and became our "bookkeeper". I was on the twenty-five buck a month program, but paid off and cancelled all my cards about six months ago so that went away. Shoot me an email with the snailmail address that you want us to use and who to name as payee, and I'll get a check into the mail ASAP.

I have 234 rounds of once fired through a bolt gun 30/06 brass, headstamps are r-p,fc, and win. Was going to list to trade for 7.62 but would rather garage sale for the site, I know in order to list something for sale you are supposed to list a price but I have no idea what to ask, if anyone has a suggestion on how to handle this it would be appreciated. Thank's, Jason.

The garage sale forum give you a pass on listing a price. You can start it at say 5 cents per piece and say highest public offer by midnight EST Saturday the 1st or something and that is acceptable. Keep it under a week though.

Advice, make sure you have a LLC or some form of business setup to support the site before you take paypal. Starting this year we no longer need to send 1099s to entities that we pay via paypal. Why? Well Paypal and Credit Card companies now reports all payments directly to the IRS usign 1099-k. So the last thing you want is to be receiving an "income" stream without accounting it against the business (non-profit or otherwise). There are thresholds that trigger this , like 200 payments being one and 20K gross volume as another.

If nothing is set up yet, maybe one can pay directly to the provider so that you are not in the receiving line....

I'm assuming if you're already a supporting member and previously paid Shots (Ayla Concepts) via paypal you should check to make sure you're not set up for recurring payments - like I found I was just a couple of months ago when pp automatically sent a payment. I didn't have a problem with it at the time but I went ahead and cancelled any further auto payments to insure that future support goes to the right place.

garage sale donations and other donated funds.

toolman and rfleet both really kicked off our site support drive and together paid for 7 months of hosting time. that was a heck of a great start.

after that there was a flood of garage sale items and other site support. kkkriverrat put up a bunch of his BDMs up for donation and others chipped in here and there. this was all amazing.

the second set of donations came to 747.60 and as i understand it there are a couple payments inbound.

as soon as the couple stray payments show up i will make another payment to our host to get us well into 2013!

Rory thanks again for taking the time to take all this on so we have a home, I will be throwing more stuff into the garage sale section as soon as I can get home. Russ
