I'm about to build my first m1919. It should be really fun and a great winter project thst I'm looking forward to. I ordered the 7.62 kit from sarco. It was missing the left pintle pad and right side back cartridge stop. So, I'm hoping to be able to the cart stop from them since apparently they are no where to be found.

Welcome aboard. Call sarco up, MG Dave will set things straight. Some folks bash Sarco but they and Dave has been a great to me over the years. Especially at knob creek.

Thank you! Yea sarco sent out the left pintle pad. And i emailed Dave and typed on that i was also misding the "front" right cart stop, but I meant the back cart stop (308). So I just mailed him tne front stop back. So hopefully he can find me the missing front stop.

The right rear (back) cartridge stop comes with a complete kit. The front right does not ( usually) its just a oversize rivet that you get when you order the rivet kit.

Yes, you are correct. My parts kit was missing the right rear cart stop. I typed "front" again by accident but I meant the rear one that is ell shaped. I'm still trying to get a hold of one, and from what I understand it is much needed for the 308 models.
