about this court decision...something troubles me greatly....at first i thought i was missing something but nope...i have concluded that i can read and understand better than those fancy folks up there in washington....

While i don't doubt that the founding fathers enjoyed duck hunting...and i know that they would not have a problem with self defense weapons....the whole DAMN reason the second is there....is to repel an oppressive government. how do i, a bumpkin know this? well i simply read one of Thomas Jefferson's little letters in an NRA pamplet...he said that one day, people would be looking at their document and be trying to understand each word...then he said for the benefit of us...to not try and understand each word, as they will change over time but rather to look at the circumstances and try and grasp the "spirit" in which they were written.....hhhhmmmm lets see a bunch of farmers just threw off their government with their squirrel guns...do you think Thomas Jefferson would side with Obama that the government has the right to "regulate which kind of weapons the people have"...no in fact if they had machine guns back then i am positive...so damn positive that i'll die on this hill...that they would have whole heartedly supported your unregistered, un-regulated, un-taxed, un-burdened right to own them. all the way up to a 155mm. i guarantee it.

now, if i wanted to take over this country...i would do is slowly, wear no uniforms, start in the schools, step forward as to protect the constitution...but at the same time interpret just right so as to leave me a little room for doing an about face with it later....

this scares me more than anything...im happy to see a few peon libs crying over it...in reality they won, as far as im concerned....they stated that the govt under the constitution has the right to "regulate" what kind of arms you have...FOLKS!!! I CAN READ....WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT!!!!!!

so we are smiling....and a storm named Obama is brewing....

later
