Just got off the phone with Kel-tec customer service. I have lost the extractor for the wife's p3at. So, I ordered a bunch of parts to rebuild the gun, plus the missing extractor. The guy took my address, and says "They'll be in the mail". no charge? "No, we don't charge for small parts". I'm half wondering what Isn't a small part on the the wifes kel-tec. Anyway, the entire phone call took less time that it's taking me to post this. I love a company that is that way on customer service.

I have had the same experience with them ,they fall all over themselves helping you. I ordered the little clip that goes on the P380 pistol so you can tuck it in your pants ,and i needed the left hand one and ordered the right hand by mistake. When i called them to send it back they just over nighted the correct clip at no charge and told me to keep the other one.

ruger did the same for me.

however i just got off the phone with charter arms and then eventually ar-7 industries. well, ar-7 was an answering machine :(

i have an old explorer II handgun version of the ar7. i need all new springs and such. that thing will not run for ****. no real chance of getting parts though.

I love my P3AT! Closest thing to a pocketable .380 you'll find anywhere. When I first bought it the dealer told me that I would have to run a box through it before it would cycle reliably, but I had only one stove pipe on the second round and since then it has fed a hundred hollow points without a hiccup!
