Finally shot my 19 Monday nite and got around 160 rounds thru it before the trigger stopped resetting. After stripping it down found the set screw had backed out and trigger fell apart. Any wisdom on how to set the set screw when I put back together. And how long is the screw?

Never heard of a KMP trigger failing that way. They very seldom break and Tom replaces it. Anyway,I'd call KMP and ask whether it should be fixed or replaced. Believe that loc-tite is used and that is why it came apart...none or not enough loc-tite. KMP items are the industry standard and they stand behind their products.

There is a thread just below mine about the same issue. I picked up some set screws of various lengths. Just need to figure ot how much tension to put on the spring.
