Memorial day was spent at Ryland Fleet's shop, where we used his reciever fixture and orbital rivet press to finish my reciever box and then Parkerize.
I have finished the work on my internals but not without issues...... while doing a dry run on sliding everything into the receiver box Things jammed up inside as I tried to remove them I felt something give
and not in a good way...... as I removed the internals I had a sick feeling at what I would find, the upper part of the KMP semi trigger was now in two pieces!

this happened last Thursday, Friday morning I called Tom at KARMA METAL PRODUCTS and he sent me a new one - no charge no questions, no run around, I wish more business's operated like Karma! Recieved my replacement on Wednesday, I'll Be doing repeat business for sure! :D

I'll be posting more on my build and Ryland Fleets equipment later.

Very Nice A6!!
I'll say! I hate shooting my USGI A6, as I am too old and cranky to get prone to fire the beast. But they DO look great just sitting there on display! Nice job, Allen. (And Ryland!)

I'd expect that from KMP not that (that should be expected) but he is a good business to do business with, so pat yourself on the back tom.. You'r side plates are super nice and I can't wait to finish up my build using your RSP and sear trigger. B2B

Looks like the pin on the semi trigger caught on the sear. It might have been a tad proud. Real hard to believe it broke just sliding it in though.
Not impossible, just hard to believe. I hope you sent the sear with the trigger so it also can be checked for clearance.
Live4fall, did you ask Tom why you were charged? I'm curious as to what he had to say about it. Seems a bit out of character for Tom.
