So I recently sold an inert AT4 rocket launcher on gunbroker and the buyer lives in Hollywood California. Normally I would say it’s legal everywhere because it’s inert and a 1 use type of weapon but the west coast is all kinds of stupid. Just don’t want to get myself into any trouble. Thoughts? Anyone here live in California that can answer it?
Everything is know to cause cancer! Going outside causes cancer too. Come to think about it, maybe that’s were the term closet liberals comes from. Too scared to walk in the sunlight. Hahaha
Perfectly legal. Inert is inert and for once CA doesn't have anything further to say on the matter.... but give it time. I live in CA and buy many inert things regularly.
They are legal. For now. The are probably working on some vague wording to add to some existing law in a non-public vote to ban them, so you had better hurry.
