I am thinking that instead of parking my 1919 I'd like to paint it first and see if I like it. I'm thinking a roughed up desert "north Africa" look. Maybe with some crossed out swastikas painted on the side. While not too "authentic" I think it would be fun while I compile the stuff to do home parking, and paint comes off easily enough.

So who else has painted their 1919s and can I see 'em-John

now thats not nice! what did those camels ever do to you? you should put little turbans on the side
after all, two to the chest, one to the head. with a beltfed its all about slinging lead
