Since I am out of town, I can't check my CD, but I have a CD from John Inannmico (spelling?) that has the rebuild documents and other manuals. Check the spelling of his name in a search engine by looking for the book "Hard Rain" which he wrote. Then search his name. He has a website and the CD is listed there. This should show the manuals included on the CD.
Also, maybe one of the guys on the Forum may have this information. Sorry I can't be more help, but when I am out fo town, I am "flying blind" for info.
By the way, the CD is $15 and well worth every penny anyway!
