For some strange reason, I have trouble fully understanding the thread here....did I miss the beginning part?

I Think Rory got a-hold of some bad moon shine or something....... it seems he thought that he could access the old threads....... I checked a bunch and nothing still works...... I would like to get to some of the old threads...... now even the cached stuff I could get to through internet searches won't work!
